Who are we?
Kelly Cook is a real estate team leader with Keller Williams Realty. The Kelly Cook Real Estate Group is based out of Scottsdale, AZ but we have a nationwide network of real estate agents we work with allowing us to service the entire continental United States. We have sold well over $100 Million in real estate and cater to the athlete-client. Why? Because we understand the lifestyle of an athlete.
Kelly was a former football player at the University of Nebraska participating in five bowl games and a national championship game. Kelly also was a former coach at the University of Nebraska and at Ole Miss. The combination of his athletic background and his MBA degree, gives him a unique perspective on client fiduciary, customer service, and business strategies.
How we operate?
The Kelly Cook Real Estate Group provides real estate services anywhere in the continental United States, one call to my team is all you need and we will handle the entire process from beginning to end all while consistently communicating with you until the end goal is reached through either disposition or acquisition of real estate.
We will gather all of the necessary information from your clients, and then we go to work behind the scenes. Kelly will then meet our local real estate associate in the market the client is buying in and literally preview every single home available that meets the client’s needs and wants. We then schedule the client to fly into the city; we pick them up in a limo and take them to the top 3-5 homes we select. This process takes less than one day, and then the client’s job is done. We go to work to provide them (and you) all supporting documentation as to the price we will recommend to offer. We handle all negotiations, all paperwork; everything up until the client moves in and is 100% happy and satisfied.
Kelly will fly out to meet both the client and the house, along with our local real estate associate. We get to know every minor detail and upgrade of the house. We take all of those aspects into consideration when valuing the client’s property. We then preview every single house on the market that may be considered competition. We will provide all supporting documentation to the client as to how we established value of the client’s house. Our goal is to not leave any money on the table… period. Lastly, we implement our 61-point, comprehensive marketing plan which covers the gamut from luxury home magazines, to radio, to investment wealth seminars, to organic search engine optimization and much more. Simply put, we will get the highest dollar amount in the shortest time possible on the sale of the client’s property and will always over communicate with all parties involved.
Again, we are here to be your one-stop resource for anything real estate related, anywhere in the United States. We will take fantastic care of the client and always over-communicate so that everyone is always on the same page regarding the transaction at all times.
